Studio 97 – Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

  • We ship to all European Union countries from Barcelona, Spain.

  • Local deliveries within Barcelona may have faster options (same or next day).

2. Delivery Times

  • EU international shipping: 2–7 business days, depending on destination and courier.

  • Barcelona / Spain local shipping: 1–2 business days for in-stock items.

  • Rental deadlines: Please place orders at least 7 days before your event to ensure timely delivery.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard delivery costs are included in the rental price (unless otherwise specified).

  • Expedited or premium shipping options may incur extra charges.

  • Return shipping for rented garments is prepaid by Studio 97 (instructions and label provided).

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

5. Tracking

  • All shipments include tracking.

  • Tracking links are provided in the confirmation email once the item leaves our warehouse.

6. Responsibility for Shipping Delays

  • Studio 97 is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies beyond our control.

  • If a courier fails to deliver on time, we will assist in tracing the package and arranging redelivery where possible.

  • For time-sensitive rentals, we recommend ordering well in advance and allowing extra days for EU international delivery.

7. Returns & Late Deliveries

  • All rented items must be returned on the agreed return date.

  • Late returns may incur daily fees.

  • If a garment is faulty or the wrong item was delivered, contact us immediately at support@studio97.eu to arrange replacement or refund.
