By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms & our Privacy Policy. Please read carefully.

2. Renting with Studio 97

Booking & Availability

  • All rentals are time-specific. Choose start/end dates during booking.

  • Items are subject to availability; we will notify you if an item is unavailable and refund in full.

Payment

  • Full payment is required at checkout.

  • Prices in Euros (€) include standard delivery unless stated.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Before dispatch: Full refund available.

  • After dispatch / rental period started: No cancellations except if Studio 97 fails to deliver on the agreed date.

  • Refunds processed within 14 days of eligibility confirmation.

Liability for Damage or Loss

  • You are responsible for returning garments in the same condition received (normal inspection/try-on allowed).

  • Damage, loss, or excessive soiling may incur repair or replacement charges. Evidence will be provided.

Late Returns

  • Garments must be returned on the agreed date.

  • Late returns may incur daily fees + courier costs.

3. EU Consumer Rights

  • Standard 14-day withdrawal rights do not apply to time-specific rentals.

  • Once the rental period begins, the service is considered performed, so withdrawal is not permitted.

5. Garment Condition & Hygiene

  • Handle garments carefully; professional cleaning is included in rental fee.

  • Excessive soiling (stains, smoke, pet hair) may incur additional fees.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If the garment is faulty or not as described, contact us immediately.

  • You are entitled to a remedy (replacement or refund).

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our site/services for unlawful purposes

  • Interfere with site security

  • Reproduce or resell our garments without authorization

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content (images, text, logos, designs) belongs to Studio 97 or its licensors.

  • Do not copy or reuse without written permission.

9. Privacy & Data

  • We collect and use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Data is used for rental fulfillment, communications, and legal compliance.

10. Liability

  • Studio 97 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

  • Maximum liability = total amount paid for the rental.

  • We are not responsible for courier delays.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

  • Disputes may be brought before courts in Barcelona.
